Outbox was a delivery company that worked on modernizing mail. It’s process was simple: their workers would pick up your mail, remove the junk mail, and then scan all the mail that was left into your online mailbox.
This project focused on the aspect of the “Unpostman” who were the people delivering your mail through Outbox. The main issue with the company was trusting the people who are sifting through the customers mail. Giving the customers a friendly face and a friendly experience through a commercial and interactive maze, would give the company a better vibe.
